1968, International Tennis Congress cplt., o.g., n.h., very fine and rare; these two stamps were prepared but ordered withdrawn and returned to the central post office after the meeting was canceled, a small number of these stamps, reportedly 26 sets, were sold at several provincial post offices such as Khorramshahr.
